Koottam.com (http://www.koottam.com) launched its social networking site with many features to create a friendly community for keralites.

"Koottam.com is not just another social networking site. It is a website of the people, by the people and for the people.Every Keralites is a reporter/broadcaster for kootam and can contribute its content as freely as it is his own publication. Every Keralites can also participate in Debates, Forums and Polls on different issues."

The subjects of the writings can be defined as 'whatever you think newsworthy'. Social Media Revolution is already here and it is coming in to Kerala through koottam.com.
